DeSalvo Construction is Bringing a New Wellness Hub to Warren, Ohio.
The project will be over 136,000SF and will feature multiple community partners from athletics, education, and healthcare.
Over 100 local tradespeople are working hard to bring this project to life, including early civil and sitework, concrete foundations, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, and structural steel and metal decking. We mobilized and started construction on June 20, 2022, and will work straight through Summer 2024 to ensure the entire facility is ready for late Summer and Fall activities & sports.
The new building will be located between and attached/connected to the WGH High School building and the stadium, making it a central hub for the school.
At DeSalvo, we have been a part of some of this area's most significant organizations and institutions, including Stambaugh Auditorium, Akron Children's Hospital, Salem Community Hospital, Campbell City Schools, YSU, Mercy Health, the new HQ for The Builders Association, and now this project with Warren City Schools. We take our responsibilities very seriously because we know how important these institutions are to our entire Valley.
