Farmers National Bank Headquarters Building

3 Story addition to Farmers National Bank Headquarters in Canfield Ohio

Role:

Construction Manager

Benefit/Value to Client:

DeSalvo Construction demolished 2 buildings on the corner of Broad street and State Route 62 to create a space to construct a 3 story addition to the  National headquarters of Farmers National Bank. The existing office building remained operational during the entire construction process. The project was completed on time and within budget. DeSalvo executed this project on a very tight site along the historical Canfield Green.

Project Description:

Construction of a 40,000-sq.-ft. auto dealership building and a 7,500-sq.-ft. parts warehouse addition on existing occupied site.

DeSalvo Construction created a sequencing plan to accommodate the dealership’s flow of vehicle inventory. We also provided value engineering services to several scopes of work such as snow control systems and overhead sectional doors.

Most Panera Bread locations are fast-tracked with on-site construction durations typically lasting around 120 calendar days. DeSalvo Construction’s experience and flexibility made these compressed timelines possible.

O’Reilly Auto Parts – New Retail Stores

Over 40 locations throughout Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois and Missouri

Project Description:

Contracts for the various projects ranged between $750,000 to $1.25 million depending on site, building prototype and zoning requirements. All buildings consisted of a PEMB with Standing Seam roofing system, and all projects included an energy management system. Many buildings included masonry exterior veneer walls.
