DeSalvo Construction was able to self-perform demolition, carpentry and masonry activities to expedite the project schedule. The project was delivered to the client early so they could coordinate their move in activities stress free. Masonry deterioration was discovered during demo activities and was repaired seamlessly by DCC personnel. The project was also delivered on budget.
