Project Description:
Corporate Offices build out of shell space and an Elevator Addition
Benefit/Value to Client:
Provide new executive level corporate office space within the existing Headquarters Building we completed in 2019 (we left the 2nd floor of the building unfinished shell) along with providing a new ADA elevator addition
Role:

Project Adversity Overcome:
Due to a water flood from a line burst over the holidays that displaced the offices on the first floor – DeSalvo seamlessly remediated the first floor including new flooring drywall repairs painting and new ceilings and lighting that were all damaged as part of the water event – including temporary offices and replacing the Owners office equipment and computer systems – in the end, we were able to minimize the disruption to the Owner and still deliver the new 2nd floor space along with remediating and renovating the 1st floor water damages.
