Through quick and succinct evaluation, we provided value engineering services during the post-bid phase to achieve the owner’s aesthetic vision at the desired project cost.

Despite wet weather during the construction period, the project remained on schedule due to our decision to provide lime stabilization soil improvements in select areas on site.
